Your first step into out-of-home delivery starts with a free consultation. We identify your needs, answer key questions and provide practical insights into parcel lockers, customer behavior and market opportunities.
Go deeper with structured workshops built around your market, scale and goals. Together, we explore the critical building blocks of a successful OOH network — including deployment strategy, locations, CX, technology, operations and monetization.
Learn directly from one of the most competitive out-of-home delivery markets in the world. During a visit to Poland, you benchmark real parcel locker networks, understand what makes them profitable and see how density, convenience and customer adoption work in practice.
For operators already active in OOH, we assess your current network model and identify improvement opportunities. The review may cover locker density, location quality, utilization, customer experience, operational efficiency and expansion potential.
We not only sell you a metal box. With more than 10 years of experience in building OOH networks for InPost, Allegro One, Australia Post and Royal Mail, we provide personalized consulting that begins at the concept stage and continues long after implementation.

Buying parcel lockers is like buying airplanes — success requires a fully developed ecosystem, not only a device.
Do not let the live network become the final test lab.

The Modern Expo team have been a key enabler to going from concept to our first locker within less than 3 months - a credit to the team and their expertise.
A 3-day deep dive into the most advanced parcel locker market in the world.
Why customer experience is a key driver of adoption
A customer does not adopt a service because the technology works — but because using it feels easier than the alternative. See how sending and returns build the first habits.
How to minimize deployment costs
The locker itself is only about 20–30% of its total operating cost. See where the rest goes — sites, power, permits and service — and how the right format per location brings it down.
Which motivation scheme to use for location acquisition
Paying your location acquisition team for the number of new sites is a common mistake. Learn how to reward quality instead — for example, the utilization each locker reaches once it hits its plateau.
Which KPIs will drive your OOH network
Network size is a market metric; effective capacity is an operating one. Learn which KPIs tell you when to extend, change the compartment mix, redirect or relocate.
